Do you want to be part of a growing and enthusiastic company working towards an ambition to offer more food to more people, more often?” An exciting opportunity exists within the Compensation and Benefits team for a Remuneration Specialist. The Remuneration Specialist will be responsible to support the organisation’s remuneration strategy and processes through the implementation and maintenance of effective and efficient remuneration administration and management practices. Duties & Responsibilities Compile data from a variety of sources (e.g. human resource databases, national demographic statistics, labour journals, etc.) for the purpose of tracking compensation statistics. Manage remuneration projects as identified. Manage the completion of market survey submissions and data analysis. Analyse remuneration and benefits across the business report on findings including internal equity and external competitiveness. Provide a timely, professional and accurate remuneration advisory service across the Company. Manage the annual salary review process for a division. Manage job evaluation for a division. Contribute to the upskilling and enhancing of reward understanding and skills within the HR community. Contributed to the development and implementation of remuneration policies, systems, tools and templates including market research, best practices, policy development and process mapping. Develop, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with key stakeholders across all functional areas and provide ongoing support on remuneration initiatives. Compile remuneration and benefit statistical reports and coordinate external market reviews on salary and benefit packages. Provide recommendations to the Compensation and Benefits Manager on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures. Minimum Requirements Relevant business degree Minimum of 3 – 5 years in a reward / compensation & benefits environment. Classic Reward experience is Essential. HR business partnering experience would be an advantage Knowledge of SA labour laws and Employment Practices.
