Job Description
Role Overview:
The incumbent is to execute the formalization of planned purchases according to the replenishment plan, following source rules and agreements, and manage and execute inbound logistics activities until stock is available for sales.
The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that the supply of materials meet the Supply Schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational continuity. The individual must maintain strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meet requirements.
The incumbent will work closely with the Demand Planning team to collaborate on maintaining a high level of forecast accuracy as well perform analysis
Vendor Management Budget, track and report spend monthly across all vendors. Facilitate weekly collaboration session with CIM planners (vendor) Prepare weekly dashboard on KPI's for Vendor (Spend, ETA, Back order, Inbound service level) Escalation procedure for stock issues
Purchase order management Create visibility on open purchase orders value Follow up weekly on outstanding purchase orders Cancel purchase orders that are outdated Business Management Support Demand/Supply planner with weekly touch point Provide query support to marketing & sales teams Provide weekly dashboard to provide KPI visibility
Stock Management Prepare In transit report weekly Provide feedback to business on ETA of stock
Receiving Assist in loading IAJ's onto AX for receiving teams Correct receiving issues regarding pricing and quantity with new IAJ's Support Operations with entire receiving process
Adhoc Quarterly Stock Count Vendor evaluation/Supplier selection Support project work Supply new Item Master to DQO Supply updated item masters to DQO Assist with AX pricing master data queries Loan Set ordering
KPI's Achieve target LIFR Reduce inventory days cover PO management Warehouse & Distribution Spend Outstanding intercompany amounts
